Three fully furnished single rooms are for rent in a bright and charming 3 bedroom apartment. Each room has an air conditioning unit, heating and access to a shared balcony. This warm and homely flat has two levels: the 3 bedrooms and a bathroom are on the top floor, the shared kitchen is downstairs in the basement. The apartment is located on Via Privata Bellinzona, a quiet private street in a pleasant neighborhood. Viale Monte Ceneri is only a few hundred metres away, and you can access the tram and bus networks within a short walk. You can also reach Bovisa University in a 20 minute walk. The apartment has a floor area of 60 sqm and is interior.

This exterior bedroom features a single bed, AC unit, heating unit, desk and built-in wardrobe. There is access to a balcony that allows for pedestrian street views.

- As you enter the apartment, you will see a huge built-in wardrobe, to be shared by the tenants.

- The bathroom is modern and very spacious, equipped with a bathtub and a separate shower.
- With A/C and heating in your room, it will be pleasant and comfortable all year-round.
- There is a washing machine that also works a dryer, allowing you to dry your washing fast regardless of the weather.
- You can park your bicycle in the private garden of the house.
