Located in the elegant district of Brera, this 2 bedroom apartment has one room with an ensuite bathroom for rent. You will be sharing the common area (kitchen) with the landlady. The flat is located in a quaint apartment complex lined with colorful flowers and the surrounding neighborhood has a quiet, bohemian atmosphere. Known as the SoHo of Milan, you'll love living in this stylish area full of art galleries and culture! The room for rent is very well furnished and you'll have your own bathroom in addition to ample storage space. This bedroom will be perfect for anyone wanting to live in a nice part of the city while having easy access to transportation.

Interior room with an ensuite bathroom. Furnished with a double bed, TV, plenty of storage space, and lot of shelves.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is very close to the city centre and Parco Sempione, which is perfect for picnics and studying. You'll also be just around the corner from China Town - Milan's China Town has the biggest Chinese community in Italy.
- The building is beautiful. There is a shared garden full of flowers- truly an oasis in the heart of the city!
- The modern kitchen comes complete with a dishwasher. There is also a dining table where you can enjoy your meals.
- The room for rent is spacious and has plenty of storage space. You'll have your own bathroom too, so maintaining privacy will be very easy.
