This recently renovated shared apartment with one bedroom available for rent has a perfect mix of old vs. new furniture. It's located on an interior street of via Giulio e Corrado Venini, in the Stazione Centrale district where you can also find Central Milan railway station - perfect for commuters and those fond of traveling. The apartment itself has two bedrooms and is very spacious. It has plenty of natural light which brings a warm atmosphere. You'll be sharing the communal areas with a friendly landlord and will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a long balcony and a shared bathroom. All utilities are included in the rental price which is perfect for those on a budget. Along with tramway and metro stations, there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The area of this apartment is 80m2.

Spacious and sunny room with a cosy single bed. Simply furnished, but it has everything you might need to make your stay comfortable.
What we liked the most
- The bedroom available for rent has a single bed, but the room itself is very spacious with a large wardrobe with a full size mirror.
- The apartment is a 20 minute walk away from Milano Centrale railway station - perfect for those who are commuting to work outside Milan.
- The apartment has been renovated just a short while ago so you'll be able to enjoy brand new, modern furniture.
- The luminous living room has an open plan kitchen. With plenty of windows and an access to a large chic balcony, you'll have plenty of natural light available.
- You will be facing an interior street, which means the entire apartment is very quiet. You won't have to listen to any loud noises!
- All utilities are included in the rental price - you won't have to stress about bills during your stay here.
