The apartment is fully furnished and consists of a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, one shared bathroom and three bedrooms with its own unique colorful theme. All utility bills are included in the price of rent, so you won't have to worry about paying any extra bills. The apartment is just a few minute walk away from the IULM university and is therefore ideal for students, but of course, anyone can rent these beautiful rooms. You will have easy access to the city centre with the metro station nearby. The area of this apartment is 75m2.

What we liked the most
- All utility bills are included in the rental price which is perfect for those on a budget.
- The apartment is a 15 minute walk from the IULM university, so it's ideal for students.
- The rooms for rent are fully furnished and have a lot of storage and are very spacious. Every bedroom also has a fan to ensure you'll remain cooled off during hot days. Each bedroom is color themed, so you can choose between red, purple or blue room.
- The kitchen has an extra window into the hallway, which adds a great chic look. You will also have access to an extra built-in wardrobe in the kitchen that you can use as a storage area.
- With plenty of tramways and a metro station nearby, you will have easy access to other parts of Milan.
Things to keep in mind
- Please note that this apartment doesn't have a washing machine. You'll be able to find plenty of laundromats just a few minutes away where you can wash and dry your clothes in no time.
