Located along Viale Regina Margherita, there are rooms for rent in this 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment. The rooms would be perfect for students, not only for its convenient location close to universities, but also for the comfort it provides. This 180 m² flat is a perfect mix of new and traditional, as it maintains beautiful aspects like the tiling on the floor while providing modern amenities such as a dishwasher. All 5 rooms are very spacious and 3 of them have their own exterior facing balconies. Shared areas include 3 renovated bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen where you'll find a wall-mounted TV and a dining table.
The neighborhood, Citta Studi, is a major student district and as such you'll find a rather young population and a nice selection of affordable bars and restaurants.

This room is a bit more compact than the rest, but you'll still find a double bed and an exterior balcony that faces the street.

- The apartment has beautiful traditional tiles on the floor that extends along the hallway.
- The bedrooms are all very spacious and well-furnished, including a double bed and wardrobe. Three of the rooms have their own exterior balcony as well!
- The kitchen is completely equipped: you'll find everything from a big dining table, dishwasher, and a wall-mounted TV in this room. Perfect for sharing a meal with your roommates!
- There are 3 modern bathrooms for 5 tenants to share.
