As you step into the apartment, you are greeted by the spacious dining and living room, furnished with a large dining table and sofa. This room is connected to the kitchen, where you can also access the balcony. Both bedrooms have two single beds put together to create double beds and room 2 has an entrance to the second large balcony.
The surrounding neighborhood, Citta Studi, is a student-filled area with a young population due to many universities being located here. With the Milano Centrale station and 2 metro lines within a 15 minute walk, accessing other parts of the city and country will be effortless for tenants of this spacious, 80 m² apartment.
