Located on Via Gola, this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is a beautiful combination of modern and rustic. From the apartment building itself to the wooden furniture and amenities provided, this apartment provides comfort and charm all in one. The landlord has taken care in decorating the flat, as you will see touches of color mixed in with the white furnishings. The apartment is divided into two levels, with the living room, bathroom, and kitchen on the bottom level and the bedroom on the upper level. Accessible via a winding staircase, the sleeping space is truly relaxing: with slanted ceilings- equipped with a skylight-, double bed, and wooden wardrobe, we absolutely love this quaint, tranquil space created for tenants. The neighborhood of the apartment, Navigli, is equally charming and stylish as the flat. You will find canals, low-lit wine bars, and overall a romantic vibe in this beautiful part of Milan.

- The beautiful, luminous apartment has a great old versus. new style decorations throughout.
- The chic kitchen connects to the dining area and the living room, where you can relax on the sofa and catch up to your favorite TV shows.
- The bedroom features a fantastic rustic decor, a large double bed, plenty of storage and air conditioning.
- To ensure your life will be as stress-free as possible, all utilities are included in the rent.
- The apartment is suitable for anyone - couples as well as professionals or students who want to live close to Bocconi or IULM Unviersity.
- We love the bathroom - it features a fantastic stone tiled shower with two shower heads.
- Navigli, the neighborhood of the apartment, is a charming area; almost as charming as the apartment itself!
