The 85m2 apartment is near University Bocconi as well as the city centre - a perfect opportunity for students, professionals and couples. The tenants will be able to enjoy a cosy living room with plenty of storage and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a large plasma TV and a small balcony facing the street. The picturesque area of Navigli is full of canals, restaurants, markets and bars - we can guarantee you will always have something to do!
What we liked the most
- This apartment is pet-friendly - you are welcome to bring along your furry friends!
- Air conditioning is featured in both rooms, perfect to keep you cool during the summer and warm in winter.
- Bedroom number 2 has its own ensuite bathroom, so the other bathroom available can be used by the tenant of the first bedroom.
- You will have access to a dryer! Drying your clothes has never been easier.
- Located in Navigli, you will be surrounded by tons of entertainment along with delicious food and plenty of markets. You will have easy access to Milan city centre and its universities.

- This is a quiet, interior apartment, however, the window of the bedroom number 1 faces the street.
