This is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom interior apartment available for rent in the Loreto district of Milan. The flat is located on via Marco Aurelio, across from Parco Trotter, or Trotter Park. Loreto is lively and has one of the best shopping areas of Milan; it even hosts some of the best pizzerias in the city! The apartment is fully furnished with an equipped kitchen, and lots of storage space. The decoration is rather classic, giving the 60 m2 property a vintage and rustic feel without any of the inconvenience of the old times. This apartment would be perfect for those looking to live in a well-connected area in a comfortable, charming home.
What we liked the most
- The neighborhood is lively with stores, and services as well as a park just across the street.
- The apartment has a lot of storage space including shelving in the bathroom and a large closet in the bedroom.
- The kitchen is full equipped with everything that you would need for cooking including utensils.
- You have extras like a dishwasher, oven and elevator!
- The apartment is on the 4th floor, giving you a lovely view across the street of the park.
Things to keep in mind
- The bathroom is small without a window, but it has everything that you would need including a vent and a heater that doubles as a towel rack.
- The apartment doesn't have a TV, but who needs one when the best of Milan is all around you?
