Located in the peaceful district of Greco, this 3-bedroom apartment available to rent has an area of 150 m² spread over 2 floors. The duplex has a mix of dark hardwood and tile flooring, which goes well with the classic furniture and rugs. In addition to the large size, the apartment's special feature is that every room has access to a balcony (even one of the bathrooms). There is a cozy living room, a small reading corner upstairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table.
Greco is a residential district about 25 minutes north of Milan City Center. Mostly full of locals, this is a great choice for students looking to live near the Bicocca University campus, but with a traditional neighborhood atmosphere. On Via Eugenio Torelli Viollier, you are on a quiet street but just a short walk to the Istria Metro stop and lots of restaurants, shops, and other amenities.

- The AC will help you survive Milan's hot summer.
- There are 3 big and stylish bathrooms.
- Bicocca University is about 10 minutes away by Metro.
