This modern 1-bedroom apartment on Via Marco Polo, Porta Nuova, has all of your needs covered, from a fully equipped kitchen with many modern appliances, to a comfortable lounge to relax and watch TV. With 70m² this is a well spaced apartment with a lovely bedroom with high ceilings and wardrobe, and a well-decorated bathroom with a large shower. If you need space for guests, there is also a mezzanine area with a sofa bed.
This apartment is located in a residential area, placed in the main business district of Milan. This is a great location, being close to public transport, restaurants, grocery stores and all other shopping needs. You will also be nearby the amazing Milan Cathedral, and the beautiful Public Gardens Indro Montanelli.

- There is a unique area on a mezzanine level with a desk, storage, and sofa bed.
