This 2-bedroom apartment on Via Polibio in Fiera Milano offers a modern setting with classic flair. With 93 m² of space and separate bathrooms, it will be easy to find your own comforts in either of the fully furnished bedrooms, or share company with your friends in the living room or outside on the beautiful stone 35 m² balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine that also acts as a dryer, fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, and has its own separate balcony.
The neighborhood is on the outskirts of historical Milan, with mostly newly developed residential and commercial areas. The apartment is about 5 minutes away from a great commercial street with shops, restaurants, movie theaters, a chemist and 10 minutes away from the closest supermarket. Three metro stations are in close proximity: Wagner, Pagano, and Conciliazione.
What we liked the most
- The classic and elegant Italian accents in the furniture and built-in cabinets are a stylish fit for this outer-central apartment.
- The apartment is very well furnished: plenty of shelving, a kitchen table set and dining table set, comfortable sofa, television, wall decorations, and unique light fixtures.
- The apartment is extremely spacious, with plenty of windows in each room and 2 separate balconies.
- There is plenty of public transportation in the area.
Things to keep in mind
- Wi-Fi is not installed, so you will have to arrange this service if you require it.
- Although only one of the bedrooms has A/C in it, the other has an A/C unit above the door on the outside, allowing everyone to keep cool during the summer.
