This 110m2, 3-bedroom apartment for rent is located in a renovated building in an up-and-coming neighborhood. The apartment's best feature are the 2 large balconies and that each bedroom has direct access to at least one of them. The kitchen and living room are in one big open space, also with balcony access. There are 2 full bathrooms to share - one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
The apartment is located in the trendy residential area of Rogoredo. This area has many new apartment buildings, home to a mix of families, young professionals, and students. There are beautiful green parks nearby and a metro stop just a 10-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has 2 very large balconies that can be used for entertaining guests, eating outside, or relaxing with a book.
- All the bedrooms have direct access to one of the balconies.
- There are 2 full renovated bathrooms.
- The living room and kitchen area is very spacious and bright, thanks to the large windows.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, and a lot of cupboards.
- The apartment is well-connected to the city by bus and by metro.
- This neighborhood is not too far from various university campuses and the Milano Linate airport.
