On Calle de Villanueva, this studio apartment available to rent is on the border of the Salamanca and Chueca neighborhoods. You are surrounded by some of the city's main sights, plenty of public transportation, and even more dining and shopping options.
The 35 m² property has big windows that let in plenty of natural light and comes furnished with a double bed, couch, and dining table. There is a kitchenette that comes equipped with a 2-burner stove, microwave, and a mini refrigerator.
What we liked the most
- You have central AC – great for summer.
- There is a comfy couch and small dining table.
- The flat-screen TV is perfect for movie nights.
