A very smart studio apartment is available to rent on Calle San Pedro in the centre of Madrid. The stylish pad is very elegantly decorated with high quality furnishings including a big double bed with storage underneath and a gorgeous mustard sofa. The apartment has large windows which let lots of light in, and has a very sleek kitchen area which is quite large for a studio.
The location is unbeatable—sandwiched between the city centre on one side and the green Retiro Park on the other. The nearby Antón Martín and Lavapiés neighbourhoods are home to plenty of bars and places to eat. The nearby Paseo del Prado is lined with some of Europe's foremost museums, and you are also within walking distance of Madrid's main rail station, Atocha.

- There are large windows meaning the apartment is very bright.
- The decor is sleek and contemporary.
- We love the mustard sofa.
- There is plenty of storage and the studio is quite spacious.
- There is air conditioning.
