This studio apartment on Calle de San Eugenio, Lavapiés, is nicely presented and comes fully furnished for a comfortable stay. The 20 m² property has a double bed, television, sofa bed, and a kitchen with all the essentials to prepare your meals.
Located in a lively multicultural area, close to Sol, El Rastro, and the Gran Via, this apartment will make an ideal best to explore the city. The Antón Martín Market, Retiro Park and Atocha station are also located nearby.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
- There is a wall-mounted TV which can be enjoyed from either the bed or a sofa.
- Javier the homechecker told us that he really loved this property.
- There is a washing machine to take care of your laundry.
- Cine Doré is just around the corner, making this location ideal for movie lovers.
- Calle Argumosa, packed with lively bars with outdoor seating, is also nearby.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the 4th floor, and there is no elevator.
