Located right on the major commercial street of Calle de Valverde, this cozy studio is the perfect place for anyone looking to live in the centre of the city. The total area of this cosy apartment is 35 m², but everything is brand new right down to the handles. Renovated and quiet (because if faces away from the busy street), the studio offers a very intimate and private space, with a combined sleeping/living area that is separated from the fully equipped kitchen.
You'll find the apartment right in the heart of Madrid, in the best area that is Malasaña, one of the most hip neighbourhood of Madrid. You have everything you need right on your doorstep: bars, restaurants, cafes and shopping options. Transport is not a worry as you have Gran via metro, plenty of busses, taxis and of course, walking to all your favourite terrazas.
What we liked the most
- The studio is a single space, but very well equipped with everything you need.
- All the furnishings are brand new and the apartment too.
- The location is unbeatable; right in the most exciting area of Madrid, tenants will have everything from nightlife, culture, and shopping options all within walking distance.
- An Interior facing unit means that it is quiet and you don't have any street noise.
