This fully furnished studio apartment on Calle de Fuencarral, Malasaña, is nicely decorated and comes equipped with AC and central heating. With a floor area of 36 m², this studio is small but well equipped, including a double bed, television, washer-dryer, and a kitchen with all the essentials.
The apartment is located on a lively shopping street, just around the corner from the iconic Gran Via. Many of the city's most well know attractions are within walking distance, including Sol, Plaza Mayor and Opera.
What we liked the most
- The apartment boasts a fantastic central location.
- The bathroom has a shower over bathtub, hairdryer, and a washer-dryer.
- The kitchen can be hidden away behind some sliding doors.
- There is a spacious wardrobe with mirrored doors.
- The television can be watched from the double bed or a comfortable sofa.
