This beautiful and bright studio, which has a double bed on a mezzanine level to make excellent use of space, is available to rent on Calle de los Madrazo in central Madrid. There is a stylishly furnished living room where you will find a comfortable couch, a flat-screen TV and a small balcony with a view of the street outside. The kitchen is found to the left of the entrance and is quite small but comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals.
The property is located right in the center of this vibrant and fascinating city. Living here you will be no more than a stones throw some of the city's most famous sights and within walking distance of popular areas such as the trendy Malasaña, Bohemian Lavapiés and welcoming Chueca. There are lots of great restaurants, pubs and bars close by and you can easily reach any part of the city thank to the great options for public transport nearby.
What we liked the most
- Having the bed on a mezzanine level makes great use of space.
- The original brick wall is still visible in places, giving the otherwise modern apartment a great rustic feel.
- The location is excellent. Living here you are right in the heart of Madrid.
