This bright studio apartment located in the heart of Lavapiés features an open living room with a table and couch as well as a movable TV that can be easily adjusted to be viewed from the couch or the bed. There is also a table that can be used for eating and working or even folded up when you require more space. Near the bed, there is a lovely nook for studying or working, and the kitchen in this apartment is fully equipped.
Lavapiés has no shortage of fun and interesting markets and shops. You can visit the famous and bustling Rastro Market on Sundays, and the area is also in walking distance from other popular areas such as La Latina, Sol, and Gran Via (though the Lavapies metro station is easy to get to if you don't want to walk).
What we liked the most
- The apartment is in a great location - a fantastic area that is well-connected to the city center and full of diversity!
- We love the unique decorations and the fact that each piece was thought out by landlord - it really adds character.
- There is lots of easy access to transportation.
- The bedroom corner is bright and cozy - perfect for studying, working, or just relaxing.
