This studio, which has a beautiful, modern and fully equipped kitchen, is available to rent on Calle de las Huertas. There is a cosy living area with a couch, TV and a desk that can be turned in to a dining table for when you invite your friends and loved ones over for dinner. The apartment has a comfortable double bed, central air conditioning and a small balcony facing the interior patio.
The location is truly excellent and living here you will have some of the best Madrid has to offer right outside. You will have some of the city's most famous sites and popular areas such as the trendy Malasaña, bohemian Lavapiés and the tranquil Retiro withing walking distance. The streets outside the apartment are home to lots of small shops, friendly cafés and nice restaurants for you to explore and there is a metro station close by when you want to connect with the rest of Madrid.
What we liked the most
- The studio is very modern and has stylish furniture throughout.
- The desk can be turned into a dining table, making good use of space and allowing you to invite people over for dinner.
- The property is located right in the heart of Madrid. Living here you will never be bored.
