This beautiful studio, which has AC and an equipped kitchen, is available to rent on Calle Augusto Figueroa. The modern apartment has an incredible balcony with tons of space and excellent views of the charming neighbourhood outside. The living room has a couch, a TV and a double bed, which can be folded away against the wall, making very good use of space.
The studio is located in Chueca, a friendly and trendy neighbourhood which is home to Madrid's LGBT community. Living here you will have a variety of excellent choices when it comes to shopping, eating out and nightlife. The area is right next to other popular neighbourhoods such as Malasaña, Centro and Salamanca and whenever you need to travel further, the metro is right around the corner.
What we liked the most
- The balcony is truly amazing. It is large, sunny and it has incredible views of the neighbourhood.
- The bed can be stored away in the wall, making excellent use of space.
- The location is perfect. Living here you will be right in the heart of Madrid's most popular areas and have the metro only a few steps from your door.
