This 27 m² studio apartment is located on the 20th floor of a building complex in Argüelles. Towering over the city, you can enjoy the city landscape with beautiful mountains in the background from the comforts of your bed. The bedroom corner is furnished with a single bed, seating, shelving, and a TV. The shelving unit separates it from the living room area creating 2 separate spaces. There is a small, but equipped kitchenette, and a colorful and elegant bathroom.
Located on Calle de la Princesa, the apartment is in an ideal location for students and professionals. The long avenue is lined with shops, bars, and restaurants, but you are also well-connected to several university campuses. You have a metro stop right outside your door and the large Parque del Oeste nearby.
