In the heart of Madrid's lively La Latina neighborhood is this fully renovated 30 m² studio apartment. The apartment has a beautiful wall color, high ceilings, and elegant pieces. In addition to being elegant, it has practical layout with a mezzanine bedroom area to make the most of the space. There is a small but fully equipped kitchen, living room area, and a full bathroom.
La Latina is the perfect neighborhood if you always like to have something to do. The apartment is on a calm street, but is near Madrid's famous Sunday market, El Rastro. You also have the Mercado de La Cebada nearby, hosting events such as beer festivals and where you can go for great seafood.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has high ceilings and central heat.
- We love the staircase to the bedroom area – stylish!
- There is a kitchen fan, which is great for interior kitchens.
- The landlady is willing to provide additional kitchen appliances.
- You are on a quiet street, but around the corner from the lively bar-filled streets.
Things to keep in mind
- The bedroom is on a mezzanine floor, quite close to the ceiling.
- The washing machine is located outside the apartment in the hallway.
