This charming studio apartment in Malasaña is 30 m² and offers a fully equipped kitchen, renovated bathroom and a television. There is a double bed on a mezzanine level as well as a sofa bed on a study.
Boasting an excellent location in central Madrid, this apartment will make an ideal base to explore the city. Many well-known attractions are within walking distance, including Sol, Plaza de España, Gran Vía, Opera and the Plaza Mayor.

- The apartment is in one of the best areas to live in Madrid.
- The kitchen is well equipped to cook.
- There is a living area with a sofa, table with 2 chairs and a television.
- The bathroom has tiled floors and walls.
- The apartment is beautifully decorated throughout.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no Wi-Fi in the apartment but the landlady said she could install it. (Tenants would need to pay for the service.)
- The apartment can accommodate a single person or a couple,
- The study could be used as a small room as it is equipped with a sofa bed. In this case, the landlady would prefer to rent the apartment to 2 female friends.
