This 16 m² studio apartment available to rent in the Chamberí has a very stylish and modern decor. There is wooden flooring, a big window, and colorful artwork. There is sofa-bed which opens up into a double bed, 2 wardrobes, and plenty of shelving. There is 1 full bathroom and an equipped kitchen corner.
The apartment is located on Calle Fernando Garrido, a quiet street in the Chamberí district in the larger Moncloa area. The apartment is well connected to the rest of the city by bus and metro, but you have plenty of shops and restaurants less than 5 minutes away on foot.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has great views and receive a lot of natural light.
- The studio comes with AC and a flat-screen TV.
- The bathroom has storage space and a washing machine.
- There is a metro stop less than 10 minutes away, and on your way you can pass through the El Corte Inglés department store.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no oven, but the kitchen is equipped with an electric stove and microwave.
