This studio apartment in Madrid City Centre has 3 balconies and receives a lot of natural light. The 40 m² property is furnished with a single bed which can be converted into a double bed to accommodate couples.
The apartment enjoys an unbeatable location only 1 minute from Sol, the heart of Madrid. As you can expect from this central location, you will find all amenities and most of the best the city has to offer within a short walk.
What we liked the most
- All balconies offer lovely city views.
- There is a large built-in closet to store your personal items.
- The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower.
- The apartment is within walking distance of the Plaza Mayor, the Gran Via, and many of the city's most well-known attractions.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment must be cleaned by the tenants on check out and be left in the same condition as it was found.
- The kitchen does not have an oven but it is otherwise well equipped to cook.
