A studio apartment is for rent in Lavapiés. Despite being a studio, the apartment has been cleverly divided into separate areas and feels more like a 1-bed flat. It comprises a very spacious living area with a balcony and sofa, a modern kitchen with oven, and a bedroom area with double bed and large built-in closet. The bathroom is beautifully decorated with blue tiles and has a bathtub, shower, and sliding glass door.
You would be living in Lavapiés, a lively and central Madrilenian neighbourhood within walking distance of Puerta de Sol and Atocha train station. There are plenty of trendy bars, shops and restaurants to keep you entertained while living here.

- The space has been cleverly used, making this studio feel more like a 1-bedroom apartment.
- The whole apartment is very spacious, bright and modern.
- There is a balcony.
- The apartment has been beautifully decorated throughout.
- Lavapiés is a great place to live. It is lively, multicultural and central, and there is plenty to do here.
