A beautiful 1-bedroom apartment / studio is available for rent in San Bernardo, between Malasaña and Argüelles. There is a modern and fantastically-equipped kitchen complete with washing machine and oven, a lovely living area, and a mezzanine floor which acts as the bedroom.
The apartment is located in an unbeatable area for shopping and nightlife, with Malasaña within walking distance. There are also excellent transport connections, with 4 metro lines within a 5-minute walk. The location is also handy for Moncloa bus station and universities.
What we liked the most
- We love the decor which feels really high-end.
- The bedroom is on a mezzanine floor which saves on space.
- The kitchen has everything you need, including an oven and washing machine.
- You will be living in an amazing area full of nightlife, shopping and restaurants.
