Cosy interior studio apartment for rent in Lavapies. The 25m2 apartment is bright and stylish, perfect for professionals or students. Along with an air conditioning system available inside the apartment, the studio has a shared laundry area by the entrance of the building.
Lavapies is one of the most multicultural parts of the city and this studio is located right in its heart, just a short walk from a metro station. You can easily reach Puerta del Sol and the wonderful Retiro park in less than 20 minutes by foot and the Atocha train station is a 15-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- The studio is extremely peaceful and quiet.
- The bedroom is located in the mezzanine area, adding more space to the apartment.
- We love the LED lights in the bedroom.
- You can find some of the best cafes and restaurants in Madrid in this neighbourhood.
Things to keep in mind
- This is an interior apartment – its window faces an interior courtyard.
- Please note that the kitchen does not have an oven.
