This charming home offers one modern bathroom, a full kitchen, a living area with a television and a comfortable double bed. The apartment is located on Calle Pozas, in one of the best neighbourhoods to live in Madrid. You will find numerous bars, boutiques, cafes and restaurants in the area surrounding the apartment, and you can easily travel to other parts of the city using public transport. This apartment is interior and has a floor area of 35 sqm.
What we liked the most
- This studio apartment in Malasaña has been exquisitely decorated throughout, paying great attention to detail.
- The sitting area in front of the television is very inviting and cozy, equipped with a double sofa, an armchair and a wooden coffee table.
- The bedroom area has a skylight that lets in good natural light, and is furnished with a double bed, and two bedside tables with lamps.
- This flat is equipped with electrical heating and air-conditioning.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no wardrobe but you will find a clothes rack and a chest of drawers by the bed.
- The kitchen is well-equipped, but does not have an oven.
- There is no washing machine in the apartment.
