Are you looking for that perfect room for rent in a beautiful residence hall that can provide you with everything you might need to have a comfortable stay in Madrid? Three types of rooms are available for rent in a fantastic residence hall, complete with a rooftop terrace and communal spaces such as living room, library, kitchens, event rooms, gym, laundry area and a massage room, perfect for spending time with other residents in the building. All utilities, including gym membership, are already included in the rent!
There is also Type E - Gold Twin Bedroom which is perfect to be shared with minimum 2 students and the price is €1320 (sorry, our homechecker was unable to visit this type of room).
This residence hall provides all necessary amenities and has an absolutely perfect location as it is situated on Calle San Lorenzo in the lively neighborhood of Chueca, just a short distance from the city centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who prefer to live close to the city centre and have a room, equipped with an en-suite bathroom.
