This residence hall with twenty-seven bedroom, three-bathroom apartments is located on Calle de Fernando el Católico in the Arapiles neighborhood of Madrid’s Chamberí district (for the purpose of the Spotahome map it is in Trafalgar). The residence hall’s location is incredibly ideal with it being in Chamberí, one of Madrid’s most desirable residential areas. In addition, the residence hall is within walking distance of Malasaña, one of Madrid’s most vibrant (and one of the world’s most hipster) neighborhoods and has public transportation connections to the major university campuses in Madrid in the Ciudad Universitaria section of Moncloa/Argüelles. The area of the residence hall is 500 m2.
