As you enter the flat, you will find a corridor which provides you with option of turning left, or continuing straight. If you turn left, you will find access to two bedrooms. If you walk straight ahead, you can access one bedroom to the right, and the living area and another bedroom to the left. The corridor veers right after this bedroom providing access to one bedroom, the three bathrooms and the kitchen. Adjoining the living area there is another corridor, from where you can access the last three bedrooms.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, washing machine, gas stove, fridge and a double sink. The living area is equipped with two tables, chairs, a fridge and a flat screen TV. There is allocated space provided in both fridges as well as storage space in built in cabinets for residents to store their food items and kitchen utensils. You are welcome to use the kitchen and electrical appliances (microwave, washing machine, iron) but you are required to bring your own cutlery and cooking utensils.
There are two bathrooms equipped with a toilet, sink and shower, and a smaller one that has one toilet and a sink. All bathrooms have automatic sensor lights.
An electric heater is available on every room. The washing machine operates on coins. You can dry your clothes inside on the racks provided.
