There are rooms available to rent in this modern 6-floor student residence hall located in the Argüelles district. The residence offers 4 types of rooms all furnished with a single bed and private sink, but some come with an en-suite bathroom or access to a terrace. The rooms also have plenty of storage space, an individual key, and a desk where you can get plenty of work done.
The building's common areas include a small gym equipped with a bathroom, a cozy living room with plenty of couches and a flat-screen TV, a study area, and a large interior patio. There is also a large cafeteria/restaurant where students can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner (included in the rent).
On Calle Ferraz, the residence hall is on a residential street just minutes from the beautiful Parque del Oeste. This provides the perfect place to escape the stress of school or the fast-paced city life. You are a 15-minute metro ride to the Ciudad Univeristaria where you can find several university campuses. On Calle de la Princesa, there are also plenty of shops and other amenities to satisfy your day-to-day needs.
