The location of the flat is on Calle Monteleón, so it has great transport access with numerous nearby metro stations. The exterior apartment is located in the Trafalgar neighbourhood, known as an authentic Madrileño area with easy access to the posh shopping area, Salamanca. The apartment has 1 bathroom and is available for rent as a whole.
What we liked the most
- The flat is located in Trafalgar, an upmarket neighbourhood known for its proximity to the Salamanca shopping district.
- The apartment is furnished with an impressive modern finish; the living room is especially nice in this aspect.
- The flat has an air-conditioner in some rooms to combat the heat during the hot summer.
- This sunny property features beautiful beamed ceilings with skylights.
- The kitchen comes with modern amenities such as an oven and dishwasher.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is in the attic on the 5th floor of the apartment, but there is an air-conditioner to combat the heat.
