The apartment is completely furnished and each room comes with a single bed, desk, and storage space. The common areas include the large living room, 2 bathrooms, the kitchen, and 2 balconies. The neighborhood of the apartment, Moncloa, is a mix between residential and student district and you'll find many affordable establishments within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is very spacious and comes with plenty of cupboard space. It has a lime-green color scheme that adds a cheerful touch to the flat.
- The apartment is located within a 5 minute walk from the Quevedo metro station.
- The kitchen comes complete with a dishwasher to take away the need to do tidy chores.
- The big living room is furnished with 2 large couches and has a big window that floods the space with light. You'll have access to a large balcony from here.
- There are 2 balconies in the apartment: one is interior and suitable for drying clothes, while the other is perfect for hanging out with your roommates and friends.
- The flat has new parquet flooring throughout, making cleaning easier.
- The larger bathroom features a big bathtub, perfect for having a relaxing bath!
