This one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is located on Calle Fuencarral at the crossroads of two of Madrid’s trendiest neighborhoods, vibrant, hipster Malasaña and trendy Chueca, as well as the true city center. This apartment is perfect for those wanting to live in a pedestrian part of one of Madrid’s best shopping streets (with many stores open on Sundays, something often hard to come by in Madrid) with plenty of access to the city’s best sites by foot and plenty of action day or night. The area of the apartment is 40 m2.

- The apartment has A/C, ideal for hot, Madrid summers
- The kitchen is modern with a microwave, toaster, and an electric stove
- The living room has a dining room table and a nice lounge space with a white choice and armchair
