An apartment in Salamanca is luxurious enough, but this apartment is on the 18th floor of a high-service building with stunning views of Retiro Park. With an area of 178 m², the 3-bedroom property has spacious common areas and 3 full bathrooms. The L-shaped living room is the biggest room, divided into an elegant dining room and cozy sitting area covered in windows. There is polished wood flooring throughout and incredible decor that makes each room come to life.
Salamanca is known as one of the city's most prestigious neighborhoods. You have streets lined with amazing structures where you can find beautiful homes and designer stores. Great shopping also means great dining, so be sure to check out some of the best restaurants in Madrid.
What we liked the most
- Miguel, our Homechecker, loved the views!
- 2 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.
- Bedroom 1 has a whole wardrobe just for shoes.
- The kitchen is equipped with high-quality Bosch appliances.
- The apartment may be beautiful, but it is also practical with tons of storage space.
Things to keep in mind
- The TV is temporarily out of service, but the landlady plans to replace it.
