This elegant apartment is available to rent on Calle del Prado. The property opens up into a contemporary living room and kitchen area that is furnished with a couch, dining table and a wall-mounted TV while the modern kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to cook and has a dining table where you can share a meal with up to 6 people. The bedrooms have small balconies with a view of the interior patio and both come with plenty of storage space.
The location is amazing, right in the heart of Madrid. Living here you will be close to all the best the city has to offer and have excellent options for public transport, making this the perfect hub for exploring Madrid.

- The apartment is very quiet as it is on the ground floor.
- Both bedrooms have small balconies with views of the peaceful interior patio.
- The furniture and interior of the property is very stylish and modern.
- The location is truly excellent, it doesn't get much more central than this.
