Variable rent price:

• Tenancy duration of 1–11 months: can be up to €400 more expensive than advertised price, depending upon length of tenancy

Prior to check-in:

• Deposit: to be paid before the contract start date, even if the check in date is later

Fees:

• Admin fee: €10 per month ( to be paid in full for the entire term of the tenancy, before the contract start date, even if the check-in date is later )
• Liability insurance: €100 per year (average cost)
• Water fee and internet (where applicable): first month's fees to be paid before the contract start date, even if the check-in date is later; thereafter, to be paid monthly, in advance
• Example: if your contract term is 6 months, and you move in on the 10th January, you will pay a €60 admin fee (6 x €10) and the water and internet fee for January, before you move in. Then, before the beginning of February, you will pay the water and internet fee for February.

Check-in and check-out:

• Check-in: after 1600 on the contract start date
• Check-out: before 1200 on the contract finish date
• Additional day / night: €60

After check-in:

• Rent: to be paid within the first 5 days of each month
• Bills: to be paid in advance, within the first 5 days of each month
• Final cleaning fee: a minimum fee of €100 will be deducted from your deposit (may be higher, depending upon the state of the property)
