A newly renovated 4-bedroom apartment in the heart of Madrid's trendiest neighbourhood, you wouldn't want to pass up on this one! The apartment has 4 newly renovated bedrooms, all with brand new furniture. There are also 2 bathrooms, both with large showers, washbasins, and toilets. There is also a living room with a comfortable sofa and other chairs, a coffee table and a small dining table, along with a flatscreen TV. The kitchen is really nice, large, and with brand new fittings and lots of food preparation and storage space. It also has an oven, which can be very difficult to find in Madrid.
You will be living in one of the most buzzing, exciting districts of the city, with innumerable bars, cafes, restaurants, boutique shops, and more nearby. You will never get bored here, as there is always an event on at one place or another nearby. Transport from the area is fantastic.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is newly renovated, with wood laminate floors, and new furniture throughout.
- You will have 2 bathrooms between 4 rooms, no more fights over the shower in the morning!
- You will be living in the heart of one of the trendiest areas of Madrid, near loads of cool bars, restaurants, and boutique stores.
- Plaza del Dos de Mayo, one of the cities most popular plazas for young people is a 3-minute walk.
