There is a luxury 160m2, 4 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms available on Calle de Santiago in central Madrid. This neighbourhood is arguably one of the best in the city. Located in the city centre, most of Madrid can be reached by walking, but this area is also quiet, safe and upmarket so tenants will not be disturbed by street noise. All bedrooms are luminous and equipped with comfortable beds. The living room is exceptionally spacious, the perfect place to socialise with housemates or spend time relaxing in front of the flat-screen TV.
What we liked the most
- Tenants can enjoy views of the charming streets below from the balconies in bedrooms 1, 2 and the living room.
- The apartment is equipped with A/C units and heating throughout, so tenants will be comfortable at all times.
- The living room features 2 balconies, a large dining table and comfortable sofas.
- The apartment can accommodate up to 9 tenants.
- The flat is situated in a prime central location that is filled with shops, restaurants, cafés and bars, one of the best places in Madrid!
- If you enjoy jogging, it is pleasant to run around the spectacular Palacio Real which is just 2 minutes from the apartment.
