This spacious studio apartment to rent on Rue Chaponnay is on the 2nd floor. It’s has tile flooring and two large, bright windows. Furnishings are basic, which will allow you to add your own personal touches. There is a dining table, sofa bed and coffee table in the main room, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom is separated from this main space by a built-in shelving unit. The studio also has a fair-sized closet. Tiling extends to the bathroom, where there is a tub with a shower nozzle.
Guillotière is a fairly central neighborhood on the right bank of the Rhône. You can walk to the city center in 20 minutes. Université Lumière Lyon 2 and Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 are also a 20-minute walk away. For entertainment, you can take in performances at Auditorium Orchestre National de Lyon. You’ll discover lots of restaurants scattered throughout the area. And for shopping, you’re near La Part-Dieu shopping mall, organic and natural food stores, a butcher shop, and a bakery.

- There is a washing machine in the apartment and the kitchen it equipped.
- Furnishings are basic, which means you have room to dress it up.
- The double bed is set off from the main space, which makes the studio feel roomy.
- Two huge windows give the studio a bright and airy vibe.
