Located in residential Montchat and La Villette, this sunny studio apartment is perfect for 1 or 2 people. The studio is built with natural wood with a double bed in a loft/mezzanine floor, allowing for more space on the ground floor. The kitchenette is sleek with a 2-burner stove and mini refrigerator. There is also a couch, dining table, shelving and a wardrobe.
Montchat and La Villette is a small village about 20 minutes from Lyon City Center. This district is known for being residential, for having big open space, and lots of parking. On Avenue Lacassagne, you have small parks nearby, a hospital, and a bakery and other small shops on your street. You do have Metro and tram connections, about a 15-minute walk away.
Things to keep in mind
- The bed is very close to the ceiling, which may be uncomfortable for taller tenants.
