This cozy studio apartment with a double bed on Rue Léon Jouhaux in the 3rd arrondissement of Lyon is fully furnished with an equipped kitchen. This 28m² property has plenty of storage and a washing machine. Large windows throughout the apartment let in plenty of light. The bathroom is large and modern.
In the 3rd arrondissement, you will be within walking distance of several bakeries, parks and gardens for recreation time, and a few restaurants. The closest Metro station is just 6 minutes away. Within the area is everything you need to call Lyon home - a gym, post office, a supermarket, and cafes. You are also close to several schools and a university - perfect for students.
What we liked the most
- The studio apartment is compact, efficient living. The living/bedroom area is large and spacious, and even has a fireplace.
- The large windows in the apartment let in plenty of natural sunlight, and keep the studio bright.
- You are located within walking distance of several bakeries, cafes, restaurants, schools, and a metro.
- There is plenty of built-in storage throughout the apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no oven and only a half fridge, but Lyon has so much amazing French food to offer - take a walk around and see what you like!
- Wi-Fi is not installed, so you will have to arrange this service if you require it.
