A 21 m², studio apartment is available to rent in Brotteaux in Lyon. This duplex apartment feels very light and spacious and has plenty of seating and surface space for enjoying meals or studying. It has also has lots of storage for your belongings and although it is located on the ground floor, the windows are high enough to ensure privacy.
Brotteaux is Lyon's 6th arrondissement and is a peaceful, upmarket and family-friendly neighbourhood. Although it has a reputation for being one of the pricier areas in the city, there is plenty to do on smaller budgets too. For example, it is home to the famous Parc de la Tête d’Or where you can visit the free zoo or hire a paddle boat.
What we liked the most
- The mezzanine is a clever way to make the most use of the space.
- Animals are allowed in the property so you could buy a pet to join you in your new home.
- The apartment is painted white which helps it to feel spacious and bright.
- Parc de la Tête d’Or , home to Lyon zoo, is only a 9-minute walk away, a fantastic weekend activity.
- This location is perfect for those seeking a peaceful and friendly neighbourhood with some elegant architecture too.
