This 30 m² studio apartment for rent is located on the 5th floor and has 2 big skylight windows that let in a lot of natural light. The studio is very cozy with beautiful stone walls and wooden beams. The apartment has a mezzanine floor which is where you find the double bed mattress and standalone clothes rack. On the main floor, you have the kitchen corner and open living room and dining room. There is 1 full bathroom
The studio is located in the heart of Lyon in the 2nd district of Presqu'ile. This neighborhood is very charming located between the Saône and Rhône rivers. There is a metro stop just down the street and a tram station across the bridge.
What we liked the most
- The studio is very elegant and modern with beautiful stone walls, 2 skylight windows, and elegant wooden beams.
- The bedroom is on a mezzanine floor, so it makes the studio feel bigger.
- The studio is furnished with a leather sofa and arm chair, coffee table, and dining table.
- In the kitchen corner you have shelving, a microwave, 2-burner electric plate, and a mini refrigerator.
- The bathroom comes with a mirror that provides extra storage space.
- The apartment has a metro station just down the street.
