This bright and modern studio apartment is available to rent in Écully. The apartment has a fully equipped modern kitchen, including double stove and a large microwave/electric oven. A washing machine is also included. The living area has a dining table and a double bed which folds up to become a sofa. The bathroom has a shower over the bathtub.
This apartment is in the suburb of Écully to the west of Lyon. The location is ideal for postgraduate students, as it is just a short walk from the École Centrale de Lyon. The Écully Grand Ouest shopping centre is approximately 10 minutes' walk from the apartment.
What we liked the most
- The studio is very bright and modern.
- The kitchen is very well equipped for a studio, including a washing machine.
- École Centrale de Lyon is very close by.
- This is a quiet suburb of Lyon, ideal for postgraduate students, but is still within a short walk of shops at the nearby mall.
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment does not have an oven. However, it has a large microwave which doubles as an electric oven.
- The TV that you can see in the photos and video belongs to the current tenant and is not a part of the furnishings.
