This 35m2 studio apartment offers a cozy country escape from the busy urban life. The studio has high ceilings, beautiful wooden and bricks walls, and elegant wood and tiled floors. The large windows let in plenty of natural light and with the high ceilings make the studio feel very spacious. The living room has a double sofa-bed and a pull-out double bed that is conveniently stored underneath the kitchen. The bathroom is divided into a shower room and toilet room.
The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood in the Montchat and La Villette business district. You have plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance as well as a tram stop just 5 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- There is extra storage space in the hallway.
- The living room has a double sofa-bed, a pull-out double bed, desk, 2 standalone wardrobes, and a flat-screen TV.
- The double bed is right under the kitchen for easy storage.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with electric plates, a mini oven, double sink, washing machine, and dining room table.
- The bathroom is separated into a shower room and toilet room.
- The apartment is in the business district, close to everything, but is in a quiet neighborhood.
